Redlands Daily Facts, Redlands, California, Wednesday, July 30, 2008: Faythe L. Anderson, a longtime resident of Redlands, died of pneumonia July 24 at Redlands Community Hospital. She was 87. She was born Feb. 12, 1921, in Greene, Iowa, and had lived in Redlands for 52 years. She was a homemaker and had worked part time for the Harris Co. She was a member of the Contemporary Club and the Church on the Hill. Survivors include her daughter Kathryn A. Schlapkohl and husband Jack of Riverside; grandchildren Carolyn Luiten and husband Jack of Chino and Steven Schlapkohl and David Schlapkohl, both of Riverside; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 1, and services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, both at Cortner Chapel, 221 Brookside Ave., Redlands. Burial will be at Montecito Memorial Park.
