Survivors include four sons, William E. Eades, U. S. Army Medical Corps, India; Robert G. Eades, Florence, Ky., Homer F. Eades, Chattanooga, Tenn., and Bush Eades, Latonia, Ky., and two daughters, Mrs. Marcus Hayden, Sadieville, and Mrs. H. W. Thompson, Oklahoma. The body [is] at the Hinton-Shirley funeral home.

The Rev. Lloyd Mahanes, of the Boones Creek Baptist church will officiate. Robert Divion, Elmer Woosley, Gordon and William Eades and Richard and George Hayden will act as pallbearers.
