Grace Turina Rosendahl

Grace McNeal, 79, 2716 West Ninth, died in a local nursing home Sunday. She was born Feb. 1, 1891 at Gothenburg. She was a life-long resident of Nebraska and had lived in North Platte since 1911. Survivors include three sons, Chester, Mick and Stanley, all of North Platte; two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Fern) Gress, North Platte and Mrs. Edwin (Lucille) Boyer, Denver, Colo.; an adopted daughter, Mrs. E. D. (Betty) Thompson, North Platte; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Carroll, North Platte, Mrs. Fannie Harris, Grand View, Mo.; eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Auxiliary of Noel C. Donegan Post 1504 of V.F.W. ; Loyal Star Lodge, and member of U.P. Old timers Club No. 8. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Verle Holsteen, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery near Gothenburg. A memorial has been established to the First Baptist Church. Adams and Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
