Finley, 8113 NE 80th ave., Vancouver, Wash., will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Rose City Cemetery. Born Aug. 31, 1900 in Sioux County, Neb., Mr. Finley died Wednesday in St. Joseph Hospital, Vancouver. Prior to retirement in 1962, he worked as an equipment operator for Clark County PUD for 20 years. He had also worked for the Bonneville Power Administration. Mr. Finley was a member of Mt. Hood Masonic Lodge 32, F&AM, Vancouver, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers No. 125. Mr. Finley was active in rodeo work and made a hobby of raising horses. Survivors include the widow, Felicia A., Vancouver; three children, Jerald and Ben both of Vancouver, and Burton of Fairbanks, Alaska; a sister, Winifred B. McCasland, Denver, Colo., and 14 grandchildren.
