The Oelwein Daily Register, Oelwein, Iowa, June 25, 1943: Mrs. Ruth Frazer returned home Tuesday from Macon, Georgia after spending a week with her husband Pfc. Dell Frazer who is stationed at Robins Field, Georgia.

Frazer, 82, died Wednesday morning, Sept. 29, 1999, in Grandview Healthcare Center after a lengthy illness. Services: 2 p.m. Saturday, Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, Oelwein, by Pastor Dave Peterson. Burial: Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and one hour before services Saturday at the funeral home, where a military auxiliary service begins at 7 p.m. Friday. Survivors include five sons, Patrick of San Diego, Warner, Mike and Tom, all of Oelwein, and Gary of Fort Madison; a brother, Donald Coselman of Oelwein; and a sister, Barbara Vanselow of Park Rapids, Minn. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
