Posted at findagrave.com: Akron Pioneer Dies. C. Frank Hoffman,a pioneer resident of Western Plymouth County. Passed away Sunday at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Hunnel, in Sioux Township, aged 81 years, after an extended sickness. Funeral services were held in Akron in the Christian church on Tuesday afternoon, conducted by Rev. W. S. Johnson. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery.
