Bisbee, Sr., age 82, of 220 Westmorland Boulevard, Madison, died of lung cancer at his home on Tuesday, March 13, 1990. He was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Mary' a daughter, Rita (Duane) Fose of Wauwatosa; two sons, Fred S., Jr. (Jeanne) of Madison, and James (Laura) of Monona; and four grandchildren, Jeff Fose of Indian Wells, California, David Fose of Wauwatosa, and Jake and Sarah Bisbee of Monona. Private funeral services were held at the Gruber-Gunderson Funeral Home, Middleton, with Dr. Robert G. Borgwardt officiating. Burial was in Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Hospice Care, Inc., 3321 West Beltline Highway, Madison, 53713; or Bethel Lutheran Church, 312 Wisconsin Avenue, Madison, 53703.
