On the 1870 U. S. Census of Rochester, Monroe Co., New York, Diadima Rogers appears with her husband Simon Rogers. She is 48 and he is 54. His occupation is buckskin leather dresser.

At the U. S. Gen Web site for Monroe County, New York Deidema D. and Simon W. Rogers appear in the listing for Mount Hope Cemetery, Rochester. Simon died 6 November 1877. Deidema wife of Simon W. Rogers and a notation of death as [1903]. They are buried in the area listed as Range One, lots 101 to 280.
