Posted at findagrave.com: Daisy Dell Jacks was a daughter of Dr. Odia Marshall Jacks and his wife Frances Clorinda "Fannie" Helms. She was born in Indian Territory (now Oklahoma), and spent part of her childhood in Mexico. On 7 May 1921, Daisy married Ernest Mygatt (1890-1956, son of Jackson Mygatt and his wife Sarah Kilpatrick [Kirkpatrick]), in St. Louis, Mo. She was his second wife. He was a veteran of the first World War. They lived at West Frankfort, Franklin Co., Illinois, and they had one son, William Sidney Mygatt.
