Seitter of Los Angeles is the new director of institutes of the national board of education of the Methodist Episcopal church. He was named at the annual meeting yesterday.

Chicago, Ill, (UP) Iowa authorities notified the Chicago office of the Methodist church Friday of the suicide of the Rev. Carl C. Seitter, 40, associate secretary of the Epworth league and young people's work department of the Methodist church. He was found dead of motor exhaust fumes.
