He is survived by eight daughters, Mrs. Ann Smith, Middleboro; Mrs. Eva Whittley, San Carols [Carlos], Calif.; Mrs. Irene Zotkiewicz, Dayton, Ohio; Mrs. Sharon Valentine, Springfield, Ohio; Mrs. Lela Farmer, Mrs. Doris McQueary, Mrs. Carolyn Lewin and Mrs. Patricia Abner, Cincinnati; four sons, Jack Parrott, Hamilton, Ohio; Leon Parrott, Gray; P. L. Parrot, Heidrick, and David Parrott, Barbourville; five sisters, Mrs. Lillian Wilson, Barbourville; Mrs. Ella Wilson, Pineville; Mrs. Beatrice Vicars, Loyall; Mrs. Sylvia Davis, Lancaster, and Mrs. Flora Dean, California; 32 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Trace Branch Methodist Church by the Rev. Rue Wesley and the Rev. Ashley Garland. Burial will be in the McDonald Cemetery at Trace Branch by the Hopper Funeral Home of Barbourville.

Pallbearers will be Lloyd Morris, Garrett Morris, Bob Abner, Witt McDonald, Hansford Garland, Ralph Garland, Tip Hinkle, Ernest Tuggle, Claybourn Abner and Clarence Hyde. The body will remain at the funeral home until the funeral hour.
