Obituary from San Luis Obispo Daily Telegram, Friday, January 15, 1932. 'Services for Auto Victim.' Arroyo Grande, Jan 15,--- Loving friends from the entire Arroyo Grande valley attended the funeral services for Mrs. May Brisco, 52, held her today at the Presbyterian church. The Rev. L. C. Rontzahn officiated at the simple but impressive rites, and following the services the body was taken to Atascadero for cremation. Mrs. Brisco, who was the wife of J. S. Brisco of this city, was fatally inured in an accident on the highway south of Nipomo in which her husband and her mother, Mrs. Floretta Walker, 76, were also injured. The deceased sustained a compound fracture of the skull in the automobile collision. A native of Iowa, Mrs. Brisco had resided in Arroyo Grande for the past 12 years. She is survived by her husband, J. S. Brisco and her mother Mrs. Floretta Walker both of Arroyo Grande. Three step children, Clifton Brisco, Mrs. Alice B. Ingell both of Minneapolis and Vern C. Brisco of San Luis Obispo; two sisters, Mrs. D. E. Nicholas of Spokane and Mrs. A. W. Winley of Hawaii and one brother, George I. Walker of Des Moines, Iowa
