Brown & Sons Funeral Home in charge.

She was born Oct. 15, 1915, in Mayville, Kan., and came to Manatee County in 2002 from Lincoln, Neb. She was a member of Bethany Christian Church in Lincoln. Survivors include daughters Ruth Brown of Ellenton, Margaret Van de Water of Bradenton and Dorothy Loos of Shawnee, Kan.; a son, Herbert of Lincoln; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. No local visitation or services are planned. Burial will be at Lincoln Memorial Park in Lincoln. Brown & Sons Funeral Home, 26th Street Chapel, is handling arrangements.
