Born March 7, 1901, in East Dubuque, Ill., she married Kenneth W. Elliott on Sept. 2, 1921, in East Dubuque. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Quaid of Cedar Rapids; a son, John K. of Harwich Port, Mass.; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Graveside services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Center Grove Cemetery, Dubuque, by the Rev. Charles R. Mehaffey of Asbury United Methodist Church. There will be no visitation and the casket will be closed at all times. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements by Turner Chapel East.
