The Salina Journal, Salina, Kansas, November 17, 2005: Everett Harold Hachmeister Sr., 87, Lincoln, formerly of Natoma, died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005. Mr. Hachmeister was born July 16, 1918, at Natoma. He was a retired independent contractor. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Norma Hooker and Saundra K. Hachmeister. Survivors include his wife, Mary Marie; a daughter, Jeanne Finnesy of Phoenix; a son, Bud Hachmeister Jr. of Lincoln; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Private services will be held. Inurnment will be at a later date in Natoma Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Lincoln County Senior Center. There will be no visitation. The body was cremated. Carlson-Ford-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio, Salina 67401, is handling arrangements.
