Phoenix, Nov. 27---Charles Kirkpatrick, struck by a taxicab early Tuesday morning died Wednesday as a result of his injuries. An inquest into the cause of Kirkpatrick's death has been ordered by Coroner Nat L. McKee and will be held today. Kirkpatrick, employed as a baker for a local concern, was riding his bicycle to work at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday when he was struck by the taxicab, driven by C. H. Riggs. The injured man was rushed to the hospital in Riggs' car, but died without regaining consciousness.
