Posted by J. T. Morriss & Sons, Funeral Home: Wayne William Hosier, 80, of Disputanta, died Tuesday, February 16, 2016. He was born in Pecatonica, Illinois the son of the late John S. and Hazel Hurm Hosier. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carolyn June Hosier; two sons, Daniel Hosier and wife, Robin, and Darin Hosier and partner, Sasha Starcevich; a grandson, Tom Hosier and wife , Elizabeth; a granddaughter, Ashley Hosier and loving boyfriend, Tim Ryan; five great-grandchildren, Cameron, Madisyn, Logan, Morgan and Peyton. He was also preceded in death by his first son, Douglas Wayne Hosier. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 18th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 12:00 pm. Interment will be at National Memorial Park, Falls Church, VA, on Saturday at 12:00 pm.
