Roy Hamilton Kirkpatrick was born 16 january 1916 in Cameron, Milam County, Texas. He married on 9 December 1943 to Elizabeth Le Eubank.

Taylor Daily Press, Taylor, Texas, Friday, June 17, 1977, Page 1, Col. 6: Dr. Kirkpatrick, genial and witty physician of Taylor for many years, died early Friday morning in Bay City where he had gone with his wife several weeks ago to be with members of her family who were ill.
Dr. Kirkpatrick, the son and grandson of physicians who served Williamson County over a long span of years, is survived by his wife, Betty, who is expected back in Taylor later Friday; his son Bill of Taylor who is in an Austin hospital after knee surgery; three grandchildren; and three sister, Dr. Marjorie Ruth Kirkpatrick of Rockport, Mrs. John (Barbara) Hannan of Dallas, and Mrs. Bob (Kathryn) Mitchell of Tennessee.
Georgetown Williamson County Sun, Georgetown, Texas, Thursday, June 23, 1977, Page 26, Col. 1: Memorial services for a Taylor physician, Dr. Roy Kirkpatrick, 61, were held at the First Christian Church of Taylor Tuesday afternoon. Dr. Kirkpatrick died in Bay City Friday.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Kirkpatrick, and a son, Bill, both of Taylor; three grandchildren; and three sisters, Dr. Marjorie Ruth Kirkpatrick of Rockport, Mrs. John (Barbara ) Hannan of Dallas, and Mrs. Bob (Kathryn) Mitchell of Chattanooga, Tenn.
Dr., Kirkpatrick did his pre-med work at Southwestern University in the early 1930s and was a member of the Kappa Sig fraternity.
