Will of Arvilla Hosier, Chautauqua County, New York.
In the name of God, Amen: I Arvilla Hosier being of sound mind and memory do and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life do therefore make ordain publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say: After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged I give and bequeath to my daughter Addie E. all my real estate personal property and household goods which I may be possessed of at the time of my death, except one single bedstead and springs, one tool chest and tools and one settee this I bequeath to my son Walter E. and to his daughter Olive Arvilla I bequeath my bureau. I make constitute and appoint my daughter Addie E. Carpenter to be sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affix my seal the Tenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four. Arvilla Hosier, L.S.

The above party witness and printed instrument was subscribed by the said Arvilla Hosier in our presence and acknowledged by her to each of us; and she at the same time declared the above instrument so subscribed to be her last Will and Testament, and we at her request have signed our names as witnesses hereto in her presence and in the fore sure of each other and written opposite our names our respective places of residence. Recorded the forgoing last Will and Testament of Arvilla Hosier deceased and ?? the same with the original will this 16th day of January 1896. Will D. Parker, Clerk of the Surrogate's Court.
