Loretta Mae Easton was born 16 January 1921 in Pine Bluffs, Laramie County, Wyoming. After her parents were divorced, she and her mother returned to Missouri where Eathel remarried and moved to Muskegon, Muskegon County, Michigan. Loretta married first Thomas N. Rafferty on 22 June 1940. After his death in 1969, she married second to Oliver Bixby. She resides in Fruitport, Muskegon County, Michigan.
There were three (3) children born of the first marriage.

She was born in Pine Bluff, WY on January 16, 1921 to George & Eathel (Wilson) Easton. Loretta had been employed as a executive secretary for the President of Security First Bank. She was a Communicant St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church - Twin Lake & St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. Loretta was a volunteer at Hospice, active in St. Thomas Parish & a volunteer of secretarial duties at North Ottawa Community Hospital. Survivors: 2 daughters, Nancy (Daniel) Sheesley of Whitehall & Vivian (Dr. Mark) Love Kyle; 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Delores "Deannie" (Edmund) LeRoux of Huron, SD, Shirley (William) Poling of Ft. Myers, FL & Betty Peterson of Greenfield, IA & 1 brother, Gerald Donald Stidham of Muskegon. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Thomas N. Rafferty, 2nd husband, Oliver P. Bixby, 3rd husband, Oliver Stanfield & 4th husband, William Sipe, son, Patrick N. Rafferty, 3 brothers, Edward , Bobby, & Lonnie Stidham & a sister, Betty Kendra. Service: Saturday, November 10, 2007, 11:00 AM at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church - Twin Lake with Fr. Donn Tufts Celebrant & Rev. Dr. Mark Kyle eulogist. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation: Saturday, 1 hour prior to the service at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church - Twin Lake. Memorial: Harbor Hospice (Poppen House).
