Hathaway, president of the West Allis State bank since 1933, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Borgwardt West Allis funeral home, 1603 S. 81st st., with burial in Highland Memorial Park. Mr. Hathaway died of a heart attack Saturday at his home in Elm Grove. He was 72. Mr. Hathaway was instrumental in developing large areas of West Allis. He was member of the West Allis Masonic lodge No. 201. Survivors are his wife, Edna; a daughter, Mrs. John Gossor*; two sons, Charles H. Jr. and John M., and a sister, Mrs. Ethel Schroeder.
