Posted at findagrave.com: Lake Charles American Press 4-10-2012. James "Buzzy" Henderson passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012. He was a resident of Kinder. Mr. Henderson was a lifelong educator. He attended University of Texas, McNeese State University, received his MBA from Baylor University, and received his PH of Theater at the Paris American Academy at Paris France. Buzzy loved life and loved to travel. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by two brothers, William Henderson and wife Corena of Houston, TX, Dick R. Henderson and wife Candy of Curero, TX; one sister, Katheryn Henderson of New Orleans; step daughter, Jennifer Sprague of Austin, TX; two nephews, Aaron Hill of Houston and Alex Rogers of Kinder; two nieces, Denisa Loveday of Huntsville, TX and Debbie Menchaca of San Antonio, TX; several great nieces and nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary Loucette and Aaron Gilbert Henderson and dear friend, Ruby "Buggie" Woods. A graveside service will be held Friday, April 13, 2012 at 2PM at North Belton Cemetery in Belton, TX. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6PM-8PM at Reed Funeral Home in Kinder.
