He had been ill several weeks. Mr. Bugg was born March 11, 1912, at Milburn, Ky. He was a member of Milburn Baptist church. He was a retired mechanic at J. I. Case company, Burlington.

On June 15, 1940, at Burlington he married Velma Kirkpatrick who survives. Also surviving are two sons, William Bugg Jr. of Argyle and Henry of Onawa; two daughters, Mrs. Edithnelle Daughtery of Argyle and Mrs. Mary Ella Bellis of Onawa; four brothers, Richard of East St. Louis, Ill., Raymond of Milburn, Ky., Claude of Symsonia, Ky., and Leonard of Dearborn, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Della Moore of Barwell, Ky., and Mrs. Mary Ella Caricco, Fancy Forum [Farm], Ky.; and 12 grandchildren. His parents were Henry and Nellie Stephenson Bugg.

Funeral services will [be] at 2 p.m. Thursday at Elliott Chapel in New London with the Rev. Ian Armstrong officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill cemetery, Mt. Pleasant. Friends may call at Elliott Chapel from 7 to 9 Wednesday evening.
