Ray was born and raised in Denver, graduated from North High School and attained a BA and MA in Education from the University of Denver. Ray was an educator in the Denver Public Schools for thirty-seven years. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Someren Glen, 5000 E Arapahoe Road, Centennial, CO 80122, on Saturday, May 9th at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Plymouth Congregational Church, the Someren Glen Employee Assistance Fund or the Summit Community Hospice Staff.
