Individual Details
Mary Jane ~Hughes~
(15 May 1812 - 30 Mar 1881)
Now for the problems -
1) The Obituary names a Mary "Hughes" consort of Edward - not Julia.
2) The book, 'Washington County MD cemetery records shows a Mary Jane.
If the notation showed a Mary Conlan/Conlon -
Or the cemetery record showed a Mary J. Hughes
Either would/could have helped

Bathinaden as a Townland« on: Tuesday 11 August 15 18:00 BST (UK) »I just discovered the obituary for my Great Great Grandmother - " HUGHES Mary Jane w/o Edward HUGHES b. in Meath, Bathinaden Co., Ireland, 15 May 1812 d. 29 Mar 1881 " There does not seem to be a Bathinaden which leads to my two question: Is it possible such a place existed in 1812 and no longer exist ? Assuming typographical error, any idea as to what may be the correct Townland ?Endnotes
