Search index spells the name "O'Neil" but looking closely at the image and its difficult to say if it is "i" was written over the "a" or vis-versa.This James O'Neal is 57 which makes his DOB 1873, 1880 census indicates a DOB of 1871 - certainly within tolerance -
The 1930 census indicated this James O'Neal was born in Maryland
The 1930 census shows this James O'Neal's father was born in Ireland, and his mother was born in Maryland - both match what is known
No other James O'Neal match +/- age, or places of birth
