Individual Details

We do not know where Jerry was born but his son John farmed in Aughrim so Jerry may also have lived there. I am wondering if Jerry's family is blood-related to another Mulvihill family from Aughrim, that of Edmond Mulvihill, father of Denis (1822-1895) who farmed in Aughrim and who married Catherine Hanrahan in 1855. Denis and Catherine's daughter Ellen married John's son Patrick in 1898, suggesting the two families were close.
