Individual Details
Honora DOWD
(Abt 1763 - Oct 1825)
Hanora, an only daughter, was about 20 years younger than her husband, Edward. It appears they lived with their family for a time in Lackabeg, Abbeydorney, Co. Kerry prior to 10 November 1794 as this is the address given for Edward on a dowry-related document from this date. However, Edward and his growing family had moved to Tralee by 1794 as Edward had acquired the rights to the Dowd family home on the Mall, as per the dowry agreement, and the family moved in with Honora's father.
Honora died just four months after her husband, Edward.
