We know of Thomas's existence from the baptism records of his children. While most of his children were baptised in the parish of Mohill, the child whom we believe to have been the eldest was baptised in the parish of Kiltoghert where our Bertridges lived. Given the Kiltoghert connection I am making the assumption that Thomas was a son of our William Bertridge.
