Individual Details
Maurice James (Old Maurice) WOULFE
(1690 - 24 Dec 1792)
Woulfe family researcher Brendan Wolfe tells us that in 1860 Maurice purchased 2,000 acres of land, which constituted the entire townland of Cratloe, Co. Limerick. Maurice lived there for another 30 years or so before his death in 1792 at the age of 102. His son, 'Short Dick' inherited the Cratloe property.
