Honoria SHINE

Honoria was a shopkeeper in Moyvane.
It has been difficult to establish Honoria's year of birth. A Honora Shine of Kilbaha, daughter of a Daniel and Mary Shine, was baptised in Newtownsandes on 30 Apr 1832, but it appears this was not Honoria above, whose ages in the 1901 and 1911 censuses and on her 1922 death record (47, 60 and 74 respectively), while inconsistent, differ considerably from her ages in 1901, 1911 and 1922 based on a birth date of 30 Apr 1832 (68, 78 and 89 respectively).
Furthermore I think it more likely that Honoria above would have married (the approximately) 40-year-old Patrick Richardson in 1888 at the age of about 38 rather than at the age of 56, 56 being the age she would have been had she been born in 1932. I therefore think that the Honora who born in 1932 died as a child and that a sister, Honoria above, was born later to Daniel and Mary. Based on the ages provided for Honoria in the 1901 and 1911 censuses and on her death record, it appears she was born between about 1847 and 1853, hence the approximate birth date above of "about 1850".
