Individual Details
Anna Thecla Juengerman
(18 July 1866 - 6 March 1933)
Anna Thecla emigrated from Soegel, Germany in 1881. Her parents, Johan Jungerman and Maria Anna Feye (Frey) seem to have emigrated at the same time. At the time of the 1900 US Census, four of her seven children were still living. All her children were born in St. Louis, Missouri.
Anna Thecla's parents' names were on her marriage record at St Francis de Sales parish. Her month and year of birth were noted on the 1900 census. Because records for other members of the family had been found in Soegel parish, that parish's records were checked again and a corresponding birth/baptism record was found there for Anna Thecla.
