Walter Giffard, Seigneur de Longueville was the son of Osborn de Bolebec and Aveline de Crepon.2 He married Agnes Ermentrude Fleitel, daughter of Gerald Fleitel.3 He died before 1085.2
He held the office of Justiciar of England.2 He gained the title of Seigneur de Longueville [Normandy].1 In 1066 he accompanied William the Conquerer to England.2
He received grants of 107 Lordships, 48 in Buckinghamshire.2
