Edward FERRERs, Esq. of Baddesley Clinton, b. 17 April, 1765, who m. 18 Aug. 1788, Helena, dau. and heiress of George Alexander, Esq. of Stirtloe, co. Huntingdon, and by her, who d. 29 Jan. 1840, had issue,
i. EDWARD, his heir.
ii. George-Thomas, b. 21 Dec. 1791, who m. 8 Sept. 1817, Mary, eldest dau. of George Gillow, Esq. of Hammer smith, Middlesex, and had five sons and two daus. viz.,
1. George-Joseph, b. in 1819; 2. Thomas-John, b. in 1821;
3. Richard-Vincent, b. in 1823; 4. Hºdmund, b. in 1824:
5. Bernard, b. in 1829; 1. Mary; and 2. Sarah.
i. Mary, m. to John-Bruno Bowdon, Esq. of Southgate House, co. Derby. (See that name.)

EDWARD FERRERs, Esq. of Baddesley Clinton, b. 31 Jan. 1790, a Magistrate and Deputy-lieutenant for the county of Warwick, who m. 11 March, 1813, the Lady Harriet-Anne-Ferrers Townshend, second dau. of George. Marquess Townshend, and xvi. Baron Ferrers of Chartley, and had issue,

iii. Groby-Thomas, b. 19 July, 1816, d. 23 Sept. 1831.
