William Longespée, 2nd Earl of Salisbury was born circa 1200. He was the son of William Longespée, 1st Earl of Salisbury and Ela, Countess of Salisbury.1 He married Idoine de Camville, daughter of Richard de Camville and Eustache Basset, circa 1216. He died on 7 February 1250, killed.2
He gained the title of 2nd Earl of Salisbury.
