Ramiro II, Rey de Aragón was the son of Sancho I, Rey de Aragón y Navarre and Felicia de Rameru.1 He married Agnes d'Aquitaine, daughter of Guillaume IX, Duc d'Aquitaine, in 1134.1 He died in 1147.1,2
Ramiro II, Rey de Aragón also went by the nick-name of Ramiro 'the Monk'.3 He gained the title of Rey Ramiro II de Aragón in 1134. He abdicated as King of Aragon in 1137.
