Could this actually be one of the other previously identified siblings and just a new name? In a letter to EB Fillis in 1923, Dr. Paul Kerberlet (son of Dr Joseph Kerberlet) stated that Apollonia had five children. The Parish records of St Lambert's and the civil records of Düsseldorf list at least seven. Maybe some died very young and Dr. Kerberlet didn't count them. Perhaps the parish records show the christening names and not the legal name. More research needs to be done on the number of children.
