Obituary: INDIAN BAYOU - Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2003, in Indian Bayou Methodist Church for Jewell Spell Foreman, 88, who died Monday, Nov. 17, 2003, in Orange, Texas. The Rev. John Locascio and Rev. Larry Tomlin will officiate for the funeral services. Interment will be in Indian Bayou Methodist Cemetery. Mrs. Foreman was a member of the Indian Bayou Methodist Church, where she was very active in her earlier years. She was also a past member of the Rebecca's. She is survived by her two sons, Horence Foreman and his wife, Molly, of Orange, Texas, and Noel Lee Foreman and his wife, Sally, of Crystal Springs, Miss.; three sisters, Geraldine Stutes and Mina Ford, both of Crowley, and Mary Dubose, of Drippy Springs, Texas; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Horence and Esther Spell; her husband, Noah Foreman; and one brother, Drew Spell. Pallbearers will be Shannon, Bryan, Jodie and André Foreman, Bill Castille and Jacob Privat. Visitation was observed from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday and will continue from 8 a.m. today until time of service. Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home of Crowley is in charge of arrangements.
