Obituary: Elnora Hoffpauir, 70, of Nederland, Texas died Monday, July 21, 2008 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas. Elnora was born August 17, 1937 in Crowley, Louisiana to James Nathan LeDoux and Marie Ferguson LeDoux. She was a resident of Nederland for 49 years and a homemaker. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 24, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at the funeral home. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2008 at Indian Bayou Cemetery in Indian Bayou, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard H. Hoffpauir, Jr. Survivors include her husband, Richard H. Hoffpauir, Sr. of Nederland, Texas; son, Timothy Wayne Hoffpauir and wife, Melba of Vidor, Texas; sisters, Louise Hornsby of Crowley, Louisiana; Lilly Mae Hoffpauir of Crowley, Louisiana; Vivian Arceneaux and husband, Kermit of Nederland, Texas; brother, Charles Ray LeDoux and wife, Jo Ann of Nederland, Texas; grandchildren; Richard “Trey” H. Hoffpauir, III, Macon Hoffpauir, Stephen Hoffpauir, Monique Hoffpauir, great-grandchildren, Bryce Hoffpauir and Chaden Hoffpauir all of Nederland, Texas.
