Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon, June 25, at 2 p.m. at Ebenezer Nazarene Church for Margaret Hoffpauir Romero, 70, who died Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at the American Legion Hospital in Crowley. Interment will be in Ebenezer Methodist Cemetery. Pastor Joe Talhelm will officiate at the services. Survivors include three sisters, Bonnie Richard of Estherwood, Catherine Leger of Morse and Debra Hoffpauir of Estherwood and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eudea Romero. Visitation will be observed from 8 a.m. until service time on Friday. Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home of Crowley is in charge of arrangements.
