Funeral services for Mrs Jacinthia Hargrave of Petry Bridge who died Saturday morning were conducted at the First Assembly of God church in Crowley at 10 AM Monday with Rev. T. F. Donald officiating, assisted by the Rev. Ramby of Lake Charles and Rev. Freeman of the Nazareen. A host of friends were present to pay their last respects to the deceased. Mrs Hargrave was born on December 1, 1870 in Vermilion Parish and has lived there all her life. She is survived by her four children, James Stansbury Crowley, Larkin Stansbury of Indian Bayou, Mrs. Edward Faulk of Petry Bridge, and Brinton Hargrave of Petry Bridge;, one brother, Henry Hoffpauir of Esterwood; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The body lay in state at the home of her son, James Stansbury of Crowley, until the time of the services Monday morning. THe Geesey-Ferguson funeral home was in charge of all arrangments.
