Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, February 21, 2000 in Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church for Ozita Villejoin Morgan, 78, who died Saturday, February 19, 2000 at 5:15 a.m. at her residence.
Fr. Jerry Siebold will officiate for the services. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. A rosary will be recited Sunday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. The visititation will observed Sunday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Monday 8 a.m. until service time.
Survivors include her loving husband of 58 years, Paul Hugh Morgan of Crowley; two daughters and their husbands, Dixie M. and Thomas Fleming of Crowley; Sherry M. and Henry Lee Breaux of Cypress, Texas; one son and his wife, Paul Alan and Geneva Morgan of Lyons Point; one sister, Adonia Villejoin Cormier of Crowley; eight grandchildren and their spouses, Anthony and Cherie John Aube, Patrice and Jimmy Lafosse, Stephen and Melissa Duhon Simon, Sean Michael Simon, Dana and Mark Woods, Christina and Turner Bonin, Thomas Morgan and Mason Morgan; and eight great-grandchildren, Madison and Zackary Lafosse, Robyn and Philip Simon, Justin and Morgan Woods, and Ashley and Kristen Bonin.
Mrs. Morgan was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church and the Ladies Altar Society.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clemile and Amanda Abshire Villejoin; and two brothers, Odey and Adonis Villejoin.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Aube, Stephen and Sean Simon, Thomas and Mason Morgan and Jimmy Lafosse.
