Funeral services for Paul Hugh "Uncle Paul" Morgan 78, will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. until the time of services Monday. A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m.. Sunday. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Mr. Morgan is survived by one son, Paul A. Morgan and his wife Geneva of Lyons Point; two daughters, Dixie M. Fleming and her husband Thomas of Crowley and Sherry M. Breaux and her husband Henry Lee of Cypress, Texas; seven sisters, Martha M. Prather and Annette M. McCall both of Crowley, Audrey M. Gros and her husband Jack of New Orleans, Velma M. Cormier and her husband Ray of Orange, Texas, Margaret M. Breaux of Port Arthur, Texas, Thelma M. Istre of Houston and Vivian M. Sandoz of Conroe, Texas; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ozita V. Morgan. He was a veteran of World War II. Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
