This is to certify and declare that Charlotte the daughter of Joseph Jolly of Aylesbury Cooper in the county of Bucks and Charlotte his wife (who was the daughter of Charles Allford of Pudding Lane Monument yard London in the county of Middlesex Taylor) was born at the house of the said Joseph Jolly in the New Road Aylesbury in the county of Buckinghamshire on the Ninth day of March 1831.
Signed by both parents.
We certify and declare that we were present at the birth of the child above mentioned; and that such birth took place at the time and place aforesaid.
