Extract from Birth Register: No: 166669 - Page: 163 - Dated the 21 Day of July 1837 - This is to certify and declare that Anne ---- the daughter of Joseph Jolly of Aylesbury in the county of Buckinghamshire and Charlotte his wife (who was the daughter of Charles Allford of Pudding Lane Monument Yard London in the county of Middlesex Taylor )- was born at the house of the said Joseph Jolly in the New Road Aylesbury in the county of Buckinghamshire on the thirteenth day of September 1835 - signed by both parents.We certify and declare that we were present at the Birth of the Child above mentioned; and that such Birth took place at the time and place aforesaid.Esther Read of Aylesbury & William Hayward of Aylesbury
