Manakin Huguenot Society; 284.5; H874m; Publication #7; p. 252-253Phillippa was the daughter of Bartholomew DuPuy and Susanna LeVillian born about 1696 in probably Germany, due to the fact that her parents left France in 1685 and lived in Germany until 1699. She married John Peter LeVillian, son of Jean (John) LeVillian in 1730 probably in Manakin Town, VA. Phillippa died after 14 Mar 1768 when she deeded to her son-in-law, Mathew Woodson, and Elizabeth, his wife, all the negroes, stock, and other personal property devised by said John Peter LeVillian to her his widow.
