!BIRP-MARRIED-FATHER-CHILDREN:Manakin Huguenot Society; 284.5; H874m; Publication #7; pp. 252,253 !NOTE: John (Jean in French) was the son of Jean LeVillian born probably in Jessey in Lovern, Normandy, France (this is where his father was a native of and his father was listed with one wife, 2 garcons and 2 filles on the ship "Peter and Anthony" which sailed from London). He married Phillippa (e) DuPuy, daughter of Bartholomew Dupuy and Susanna Le(a)Villian. John and Phillippa had four children: Marye, Susan, Jean and Elizabeth who married Matthew Woodson. John's Will: Jean, Jr., of King William Parish, Cumberland County, Wills to wife, Phillippe Le Villian, during life, free use and occupation of land (whereon I now live), in the Manakin Town, and of 120 acres in Chesterfield County that I purchased of Nath. Finch, and after her death said two tracts of land to my daughter Elizabeth Woodson. To wife all slaves, stock and all other moveables; said wife may give or sell any such part of my moveable estate as she may think proper without any kind of hindrance or interruption of any person whatsoever.
