Note	1885	According to an obituary in the Narandera Argus & Riverina Advertiser 7 Nov 1947, Ben & his family moved from Wagga Wagga to Narrandera in the 1880's & he was first employed as a cab driver & stable attendant for the Victoria Hotel. Later on he acquired a team of bullocks & moved to Grong Grong where he was known as the "big gun carrier", hauling wool, timber & produce around the district. At one stage he had 3 bullock teams
Marriage	1901	but they had no children, although Minnie, who was a widow and married Ben under the surname Turner, already had 3 sons by her first marriage - Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, Australia - Amanda Jane "Minnie" GEE
Death	4 Nov 1947	Grong Grong, New South Wales, Australia
