See "Genealogy of the Hibbard Family Who are Descendants of Robert Hibbard of Salem, MA" by Augustine George Hibbard dated 1901: page 11 shows that Joanna Hibbard, per Savage, was born 9 March 1651. On page 12 it shows she was baptized at the First Church of Salem on 23 Dec 1651 which caused a conflict with Savage's study. It appears that the Hibbard may be correct.
