The "Jesse Smith, his Ancestors and Descendants" by L. Bertrard Smith 1909 page 93 shows he married Sarah Crane on 16 April 1702. Also shows birth and death info. A soldier in the late expedition against Canada.
1712 Colonial Records, May, 1712, read "Additional Wages voted to Nathaniel Hibbard of Windham, as corporal, 4s. 4d. A soldier in the late expedition against Canada." per "Jesse Smith, his Ancestors and Descendants" by L. Bertrard Smith dated 1909 pages 95-96. 1712 May 22: noted in meeting of CT Governor that Nath Hibbard of Windham was paid for service in expedition against Canada (from Colonial CT Records website Vol 5 page 340).
1700 Nathaniel came to Windham, CT with his father between Oct. and Dec 10, 1700 from Wenham, MA and was known as "Sergeant" Hibbard per "Jesse Smith, his Ancestors and Descendants" by L. Bertrard Smith dated 1909 page 95.
